After applying to trade mark their name Worldwide, Dream Works Vacation Club have discovered another company in the USA called Dream Works LLC which was formed and operational before DWVC.
Although this company’s business is involved in production of movies, this activity, generally speaking, falls into the same category as holidays being entertainment. Both company’s have reached an amicable agreement the result of which is that DWVC will use up remaining stock and then change its name.
DWVC have not yet decided upon their new name but will endeavor to create something that retains the initials DWVC for the convenience of the member’s web site.
