We are very pleased to announce that, as a part of its continuing development programme to improve the service offered to its customers, Timelinx has established a UK base to attend to the British members of the various vacation clubs and discount holiday memberships it services.
Timelinx Travel Services PLC, following the acquisition of an established UK travel agency, became a fully bonded ABTA agency. Timelinx has committed more than 1.5 million pounds to the establishment of its UK operational centre.
In the near future all British customers travel requirements will be handled out of our brand new, state of the art, 5,000 square feet offices in Halesowen, Birmingham. The offices have been installed with the very latest technology systems and we are currently hiring highly trained and fully qualified travel industry professionals to service our clients.
The first reservations will be handled by the new office during September 2003 and we expect the centre to be fully operational and processing all UK requests by the end of the year. We will advise you when the centre is open to visits by members.
It is very important to point out that you may not tell prospective members that Designer Way Vacation Club is ABTA bonded, as it is not. DWVC is a holiday club and does not need to be bonded as it contracts Timelinx to handle the travel services of its members.
All reservations to date have been made through established and fully bonded UK agencies therefore our clients have always been fully protected. The move by Timelinx to process all holiday requirements through its own agency will allow us to offer even keener prices and faster service as there will be no third parties involved in the booking process.
