The OTE have announced their decision to appeal against the courts overwhelming decision against them. Mr Garry Peter Leigh said “ This is their constitutional right to appeal but I believe their strategy is purely to elongate bad publicity upon Timelinx to gain an unfair advantage for their members in the market place, something for which it is our constitutional right to claim damages for at the successful conclusion of the case.
