1. I have never used the site before, how do I get a username and password?
2. I forgot my password.

4. I get “invalid e-mail address and/or password” whenever I try to log in.
5. I’m not able to get past the login page, it keeps saying “Access Unauthorised”.
6. The website does not display properly in my browser.

3. Changed email address?

Send an email to support@dwvc.com quoting your membership number plus your old and new email address. We will then update our database and send you an email confirming your new details.

4. Invalid e-mail address and/or password

Make sure that you have typed your email address in correctly and that you are entering the password in the corect case.

5. Unauthorised access

Check to see that you have cookies enabled in your browser, the site will not function corectly without cookies. Please see this page for instructions on how to enable cookies.

6. Site does not display properly

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the site works in as many broser and operating system versions as possible we have chosen to use modern standards compliant XHTML and CSS. This however does mean that the site may not look particularly pretty in older browsers, however it should still work.
